• Notification that we’ve received your referral

• Appointment reminders or scheduling assistance

• Instructions on how to complete your onboarding

• Secure links to your patient portal or care resources

These messages will not contain sensitive medical details such as diagnoses or treatment information.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also contact our support team at support@truenorthmh.com to remove your number from our SMS system.
